Strengthening of health systems
Planning and organization of health services and infrastructure
The USI supports the strengthening of health systems governance in order to make these systems more efficient, more decentralized, safer and more sustainable. More specifically, the USI:
- supports health policy reforms, the planning of health services organization, the quality of care, and strategic change;
- carries out feasibility studies such as measuring impacts and risks, evaluating and optimizing processes;
- assesses the capacity of organizations to integrate into a health development plan.
The USI also supports health structures in their environmental transformation and in their transition.
